Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Acceptance

By using pestserviceconnect.com or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the service is

Pest Service Connect collects information about your pest problem and passes it to one or more independent, third-party pest control providers who may contact you. That is the entirety of what we do. We do not perform inspections or treatments, set prices, schedule appointments, supervise work, or employ the providers we refer you to. Any contract for pest control work is between you and the provider directly. We are not a party to it.

No guarantee of a match

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, that one is available in your area, that any particular timeframe will be met, or that any quote will be within a stated range. Pricing shown anywhere on this site is general market information, not an offer.

Provider independence

Providers are independent businesses. We may make reasonable efforts to confirm licensing and insurance, but we do not warrant the qualifications, licensing status, insurance, workmanship, conduct, pricing or results of any provider. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a provider is suitable before hiring them, including verifying their license with your state’s regulator. Any dispute about work performed, damage, pricing, scheduling or refunds is between you and the provider.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, including a phone number you control
• Use the site only for genuine service requests
• Do not submit requests on behalf of someone else without their permission
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or interfere with the site

Communications

By submitting a request you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, text and email. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the methods described there.

Not professional advice

Content on this site about pests, treatments, safety and pricing is general information written for a broad audience. It is not a professional assessment of your property and should not be relied on as one. Treatment decisions, including anything affecting health, safety or structural condition, should be made with a licensed provider who has inspected your home.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the referral service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from work performed or not performed by a provider, damage to property, personal injury, or any dispute between you and a provider.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with any provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will change.
