Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and share the information you give us.

Last updated: August 31, 2026

The most important thing to know: when you submit a request, we share your contact details with third-party pest control providers so they can contact you about it. That is the purpose of the service.

Who we are

Pest Service Connect (“we”, “us”) operates pestserviceconnect.com. We are a referral service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party pest control providers. We do not perform pest control services ourselves.

Information we collect

When you submit a request through our forms, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, zip code, the pest you selected, your stated timeframe, and any message you write. We also automatically collect your IP address, the page you submitted from, and the date and time of your submission. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as browser type and device type through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

To connect you with pest control providers in your area
To contact you about your request by phone, text or email
To respond to questions you send us
To detect and prevent spam and fraudulent submissions
To measure and improve how the site performs
To comply with legal obligations

How we share your information

We share the information in your request with one or more third-party pest control providers so they can contact you and quote your job. Once a provider receives your information, their own privacy practices govern how they handle it. We do not control what a provider does with your data after we pass it to them, and we recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any provider you choose to work with. We may also share information with service providers who support our operations, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your information to unrelated parties for their own independent marketing purposes outside of the referral described above.

Calls, texts and consent

By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that we and the pest control providers we match you with may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded messages and text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, telling a caller to stop contacting you, or emailing us at the address below. Withdrawing consent will not affect contact you have already received. Note that submitting a request may constitute an inquiry that permits contact even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how it is used, and measure advertising performance. Advertising partners may set their own cookies to attribute conversions and show you relevant ads elsewhere. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly if you disable them.

How long we keep your information

We retain request submissions for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and demonstrate consent where required. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights. To make a request, email us at contact@pestserviceconnect.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
